New to this thread. Just had an air source heat pump fitted by Octopus. Doesn't appear to be working entirely correctly as the hall thermostat temp isn't triggering a kick in for heating. Top heating temp registered so far is 19c. Hot water temp seems ok. I really don't understand how this shit works and please no-one say it's a fridge in reverse as I have that in bold letters on my heat pump bingo card.

Minor update
The usual post bike purchase internet trawl has revealed that the bike is in fact a 1978 PR10. I'd thought it was from 1977 but I was yesterday years old when I discovered that the Maillard Normandy hubs have the week and year of manufacture stamped on them. the front is week 21 of 78 and the rear week 22 of 78.
Other than the chinese saddle annd modern spongy black bar tape the bike is all original and in pretty good nick. It's a 60cm which is at the lower end of size for me (ideally it would be a 62cm) but II think it may be a bit of a sweetie.
With regard to the saddle I have a honey coloured Brooks B17 at home which may get a run out -

Belper Derbyshire, it's hardly Siberia. I keep staring at the thermostat temp willing it to rise. On the upside if you want outside aircon to chill your drinks this is the product for you
