I know posting a pic of myself is the height of knobbishness, BUT my wife who took the photo is a proper photographer, and I hoped it would stand up as a nice pic avec bike.

As others have mentioned, I often get a short phrase or line from a song stuck in my head. Never getting past that bit. It's quite frustrating. Yesterday it was a line from 'Go Your Own Way' by Fleetwood Mac.
