Take this comment as an opinion and absolutely nothing else. I think your bags are awesome and the quality is second to none.
Quite a few years ago, whilst still living at home and working I had a decent amount of money to purchase a bag. I eventually settled on another brand instead of yours, because I felt the whole attention to BRP has always been slightly elitist, almost as if I'd be snubbed at trying to order one, or someone would approach me saying "why are you wearing that?" because I wasn't a hardcore courier or something. I just felt the brand unfriendly, but the people backing the brand even unfriendlier.
I have no doubt you have a fantastic business plan with all aspects covered, but here are just a few bullet points of thought:
. 999 year warranty
. On location shots of people who have used your bags for years, their story and then studio shots of the battered, well-used bags (that are still holding strong after all these years). You should also be stockpiling user-generated content for your social media, social proof is so damn important for high-quality goods.
. Some things just look 'cool' when they are well used; Leather biker jacket, leather wallet, jeans, converse trainers, to name a few. I think showing your old designs that are now well worn in is so important. Durability and sustainability are super hot topics at the moment (and rightly so) and I feel your brand already contains everything you need. People feel part of a tribe/community when they purchase something with passion as much as functionality.
. Don't be afraid to make things that aren't for cyclists. There are hundreds of different sports/lifestyles that need quality products. Be razor sharp what your brand stands for, it's a lot easier to scale and apply that ethos to different products.
Hope any of this can help you. I'd like to reiterate that this is all coming from a kind place, I think your bags are awesome and I wish you the best of luck.

@PegasusRS sure, you'd be welcome to come over and have a look. It is on a first come first served, however.

A few months ago, I went into the Bicester Rapha store, just to have a mooch around.
I found a really cool neon pink jersey in the mens side of the shop. I tried size Large and I couldn't even get it past my shoulders, so I even went for a XXL and it felt tiny? Was this labeled wrong? It literally felt like it was made for a child.
I asked the guy behind the till, and he told me it was correct, but I don't know if it was.
I take a size L in t-shirt and XL in Italian brands

Hi,
I purchased this bike late last year with the intention of it being my winter bike.
54cm Specialized Langster, original other than tyres.
Possible swap for a hardtail mountain bike that's ready to rock!
I went out on it once and then just used a different bike. Works perfectly mechanically, I just prefer gears.
I'm not the original owner of this bike. I purchased it off the original owner, who was quite a well-to-do guy in his 50s, he was into cycling and I don't doubt the authenticity of the bike at all. The bike was fantastic condition when I purchased it, and still is.
A few tiny scratches on the top-tube from storage but that's about it.
It's completely stock other than the tyres, which I changed to a pair of 25c Conti Ultra sports. The tyres were not brand new, but they've got 70% of their life left in them.
Does not come with pedals.
I'd like £265 posted in the UK, please.
Payment by paypal or bank transfer.

I'd personally be a bit pissed off about that tbh.
If I purchase a second-hand bike and it find it to have scratches and chips etc, I actually don't mind that much because it means I can worry less about chipping it myself. I can just enjoy riding it.
But if I purchased a brand new frame it would deffo play on my mind. That looks like genuine and honest transportation damage, instead of him dropping it and sending it or something.
I'd just spend the £40 on something nice on the bike, and then get some touch-up paint.

I went to RHC in 2017, and have to say it wasn't as busy as I was expecting. Maybe the weather had something to do with it, but it just wasn't busy enough for a major company to see a positive ROI on sponsorship etc, possibly. It was 2017 I last attended.
I understand a lot of the content will have gone on social media, blogs and cycling print, so quite a lot of exposure. This isn't a dig at RHC at all, I thought the event was fantastic and well put together, but I just didn't find it that exciting.
This is 100% brand perception with no hard data, but I think the general public have lost their interest in RHC, and I doubt it'll be back again.
I really loved the branding of RHC, it's what cycling has needed for a long time. Again, another opinion, but the TDF is incredibly boring, as are the spring classics. I watch them because I feel I should, but then turn off.

I've recently been looking at Google trends and just randomly typed 'fixie' into the search.
It's actually quite interesting to see the data on this, you can see exactly when people become more interested (as the weather turns) and then it drops as the weather declines.
It seems to be the peak interested in all of these was August 2012. Quite interesting!
I wonder how long it'll be until the revival of the 'fixie' happens, and it's coming from fresh perspective or nostalgia?
I understand that most things have their sell-by date, but why did 'fixie' bikes get dropped so quickly? Was it just the pure hipster phase that came and went, or was it something more?
tldr: 3.15am thinking

Hi all,
in the process of starting a small business selling products online.
Each item is quite low value so having an efficient order fulfillment process would be fantastic.
I've tried Googling the problem but I'm not quite sure it's what I'm after, so hoping someone on here has experience that could help! Here's the problem I'm looking to solve...
I need the order and shipping details to be able to be printable on my regular printer, but also the order (ideally) have a label on it that can be peeled off and stuck onto the packaging. I'd also like something I can directly print from the Woocommerce platform to make things quicker, is there an app or plugin that can do this that anyone can recommend?
I have found they make those plastic sticky wrappers where you fold the invoice up with the address showing, but I don't want to use single-use plastics.
Has anyone done anything like this before and spoon feed me info?
Many thanks!

Campagnolo Khasmin wheelset - £50 posted
I've owned these since brand new and they've only ever been out in the dry weather for 1 summer. 9/10 straight, braking surface 9/10, bearings 8/10.
Comes with unbranded innertubes and Specialized Espoir Sport 23c tyres, which are pretty much brand new. Comes with unbranded skewers, not the red ones pictured. Vittoria tyres pictured are not included. Does not come with cassette, but I've got an 11 speed Campag Veloce one I can throw in for £15.
Photographs below are mine for last year. The wheels are exactly the same condition as they are pictured.
