Second, maybe also hand paint some thin border lines (like pin-striping) around the edges of the original paint and the scorch marks to define them, adding a little more 'intention' and finish.

Heya, had a look this morning. The bibs are in great condition. I'd say zero wear on the pad, no cracks to the lettering or shoulder stripes, seams look all intact.
I have added some extra photos of them to the folder in the original post if you'd like to check.

I'll check when I get home, but I think v.good as I don't remember wearing them very often.

This is a 60cm and I'm right at the bottom of the rider height limit. See the chode stem and forward saddle (gonna push that back a touch). Would like a slightly longer stem with a 10º drop.

Yeah that's coming off; although it was nice, I'm not fancying trialling it again over 500km.
