I have a Hongfu HB-029 (nearly identical to PDQ/ADR) just removed from my bike.
(Can't get quite low enough so migrated to USE TR2 clip-ons and a Syntace Stratos CX bar)
Got all spacers & screws, uncut carbon extensions, some DIY stuff I made to match it (carbon BTA mount, carbon garmin mount, couple of pairs of neoprene pads because the factory ones are shit), and just rattlecanned the base bar matte black after the horns became a bit glossed up over time. Will post for £125 (PM me)
P.S. your old A900s are being very well looked after xx -

as #TesterSays, or a Dremel-type tool with a tiny abrasive bit, or a piece of 400grit wet/dry sandpaper rolled around a matchstick?

I built some brkless wheels using DT R460DB rims recently and I'm v. happy with them. Was skeptical on receipt because they're not the best finished (they're drilled after being anodised, and some spoke holes still holes have swarf in them), but that's what makes them cheap, and it's not a problem when they're built up.
In 28h, would build 3-cross rear, 2-cross front.
Might not be deep/stiff enough for proper track training use, so maybe take a look at it's big brother, the R511DB (deeper, double the price, welded joint, nicer finish).
Indoor/outdoor track, or crit? Both (paricularly the R511DB) might be a tad narrow for crit racing, but are the perfect width if you want to run 20mm clinchers on an indoor track. -

This could be worth a look if you don't find a matching Wing TT (next time it's in a sale at <£35 to avoid import VAT & handling fees):
https://www.aliexpress.com/store/product/brand-new-BXT-arrival-700C-Road-bicycle-fork-UD-1-1-8-super-light-matt-glossy/1942488_32651606373.html?spm=2114.12010612.0.0.m06jcF
I ordered one in summer, and another in a sale the other week (still waiting for that one), when the price was <£30.
Nice and stiff, rides absolutely fine, about 360g with 180mmish of steerer, looks aero-ish, matches Pursuit Champ head tube nicely (it's 45mm diameter at the crown, not 46 as shown). Same fork as used on the State Undefeated 'tarck'/crit bike, so not ideal pedigree but should stand up to a bit of road abuse, probably fine for TT.
No pictures of mine fitted to a frame, but currently in the process of painting a fork and one of my frames, so will post a few images when it's done. Might even be cheeky and badge it as an Alpina, ha. Originally bought for a different frame but the crown didn't match the head tube diameter. IMO, tough, the straight plain blades look better on the Pursuit Champ than various models of factory Wing TTs.
