12ounce when you do mine could you make where the straps at the top of the bag a bit closer to the middle? Looking at my eastpak they're right next to the top handle?
Other than that I'm exited :) grey tarp liner for me too?
the little bit of extra distance just means you can wear the bag a bit higher up, so it fits a bit better when fully loaded and tall. But ill move them in a bit if thats the look youre after! Does the sizing of Barry's look alright for you? Currently drawing out your panels before construction.

Was in with Kieran just now and I've got to concur with everything Rikki's said and more - it's great set up and the bags look amazing. Sirbikealot I think it's yours that's in progress as we speak!
I think Kieran was working on yours when I got there, sirbikealot. Only bare bones mind but if the messenger is anything to go by it'll be awesome
Cheers guys!
Wahoo! cannot wait, 12ounce if the above is true could you whack some photo's up?
Feel free to do it here to show off your work, getting word out is going to be one of the heardest things starting out so i'm happy to help you as much as possible :)
as they said, yours and Barrys bags are currently in progress, made the straps and cut some panels waiting for assembly, but the cordura for yours should be arriving at some point tomorrow. Will post pictures then :)

UPDATE- 28/8/14, website is now live! http://kinsu.co.uk
Hey guys,
Im using all my time from now until xmas to purely focus on the custom order side of my new business. I've been making bags and bits for myself and friends for a while, and I've finally gone out and set it all up.
I can do messenger bags, backpacks, tote bags, rolltop types.. whatever you want really. Just ask and ill let you know. It doesnt have to be your standard utilitarian looking cycling bag either.. I have access to leather, waxed cottons and lots of canvases as well as the standard Cordura. All stitching is done on an industrial sewing machine with bonded 40s nylon thread (you cant break a single strand of it with your hands) so theyre sturdy as and built to last!
Basically, you let me know what you want, and ill do you a sketch. you approve or alter the design based on the drawings, and i make you it. Heres a couple I've done recently..
More info can be seen in the Kinsu thread, on the blog, or on the website (full site coming soon)
If you have any questions at all, don't hesitate to get in touch.
Thanks
Kieran, Kinsu.
