Effort / outcome ratio is off the charts. Fairly neutral taste too, I’ve never been crazy about overly sour sourdough so this is great.

My partner just bought this and is very happy with it, from what she read the only serious alternative was a Remarkable. The gist was go for the Kobo if it's primarily e-reader and note taking second and for the Remarkable if it's the other way round.

I'm not crazy about the styling of the Woojins but functionally they're great. I have a couple of those ITWs in 20mm from when ExtremTextil had them in stock and I wouldn't mind finding more of them, especially in 25mm.

I have those heavy duty ones and they’re extremely heavy duty, overly so for my purposes. Woojin makes nice ones, Mozet Supplies over in Canada sells them. Not ideal from either a shipping cost nor shipping emissions perspective though.

Decathlon also has cargo bibs now

First loaf out our new oven. 250 degrees seems to make a pretty big difference over what was barely 210 towards the end of the old oven’s life.
