Might be true... It only rubs on certain parts of the rim though. The wheel looks as true as I can see with my bare eyes, but it could be slightly off true? Is it worth taking to the LBS?

I recently acquired a set of second hand Zipp 303s. However, the rim on the back wheel rubs on the chain stay. I have a set of Mavic cosmic carbon wheels and they fit. I have attached a couple of pictures of the problem.

I was wondering if it is possible to file the down the dropouts 1-2mm of if this will decrease the structural integrity of the bike?

Since corona got in the way of a 3 months long trip I had the money to start a new project.
I found this Klein Quantum Pro XX in the color scheme Sunburst (I'm guessing).
I don't know which year the frame is from exactly but I'm guessing early 2000's?

The frame is in excellent condition! The only thing I have been able to find is a chip in the paint from the front mech clamp.

The initial idea was to do an all american build, since I already have a SRAM Red 10s group set.
However, I got a very good deal on a pair of Mavic Cosmic Carbon SLE with black decals that I couldn't pass. They will be here tomorrow.

A few thoughts on the build going forward:
Black finishing kit as this would match the frame better than silver.
I would like to go sub 7kgs on this build if possible.
Still in doubt whether or not to keep as many as the parts american as possible.

If you have any thoughts or suggestions on the set-up I would like to hear them.
