Moving this around the crapcave earlier, my hawk-like speccy 4eyes detected that especially voracious rust worms have attacked the drive side BB thread to the tune of half eliminating it. Buggers.
Thus this very unpopular frame and fork has been cheapened to just £35 before being thrown in the cellar.

I regularly come across these geezers. Can you I/D them from my 'fun' descriptions?
G.1
Rides South, Whitechapel Rd; has 2 silver bikes, 1 fixed shiney, 1 SS Specialised.
Has something of the 'Damon Hill' look about him, smart black messenger gear.
Full City flyer visible! Mumbles grumpily, I'd guess frequently.G.2
Rides Parliament Sq, South on a visibly very bent white fixed Olmo track.
Black messenger attire, big black tats. Fast, in comparison.Cooo-eee!

My size, that Hobbs but I've got a frame in the wings already.
I've also bumped you on this excellent Hobbs resto thread:

Looking forward to seeing this finshed.
There's a chap on this recent post with a Hobbs frame for sale:

The Coroner's Report is now out. She slams the use of blue paint false cycle lanes. They cause confusion, give cyclists a false sense of security, lead them to ride in the wrong position. Cyclists and drivers can't tell the difference between a real lane and false lane
It's a Reg 28, good.
A summary of all Reg 28 reports is published here:

slippery when wet paint too
Have been doing this bastard route for 10 years now.
I opt for the flyover, North-bound. Never nice - jumping the lights by the church is a pre-requisite for a safer passage.Hitting Stratford by the Picture House is my current Bete Noir; that new-ish left feed off to Westfield is just insane road design!
Again, one has to jump the lights to the next set, 20 m away, set to avoid "left turning bell-end" wipe-out.
Happy to get done here...will refuse any fine and take further, speak out.
Here's another Hobbs frame for sale:

Those sales I've seen recently seem to top out at £150-ish.
And Mike, I joined this forum because every Google on 'classic lightweights related questions' brought me here, trying to identify this past CP:

I'm thinking of changing the GB stem and bum fluff Concorde bars, if anyone's interested...
