I'm currently looking to buy a lo-pro frame and the tubing is a Fillet-Brazed Oria ML 25, the brand is also Allegro.

Does anyone here have much knowledge about these frames and the steel used to make 'em?

@ Diamond - I'm guessing this frame is pre-80's so it's not going to have the cable guides, if my knowledge is correct gear lever braze on's and cable guides standard later on
