Apologies for taking up space on the server, I've changed my mind after reading this...
http://www.lfgss.com/thread469-7.html
Not to be sold -
I liked this thread so much I read it all (almost).
So tubs win I reckon because they are better.
I'll keep my (recently put up for sale) wheels and hope that the superior German boots can withstand the pitfalls of British tarmac.
Incidentally... has anyone seen the video on how to fit tubs in the downloads section of Conti's website?
I love the way the man looks so pissed off. -

Campagnolo Record hubs, smooth as they should be, front 32 hole, rear 36 hole.
Rear wheel half-radial spoked.
Atom 77 freewheel, thread 34.7 x 100, sounds like new lovely clear ticking.
Mavic GP4 tubular rims, true.
Continental sprinter tubular tyres, 28" x 22mm, only seen 30 miles use.
Half a tin of Continental tub cement included.
Lovely light & complete wheels, reluctantly selling for less than I paid for them, please don't make me put them on evilBay.
Collection or meet nearby SE20 or E14.
£210 -
There is a bit of damage to one of the wheels as shown in this photo but they are both straight and turn ok, but don't spin after you take your finger off... which is standard I think. Be aware that there is also a bit of a gouge where the old hanger was pushed past the stopper, the new hanger is not affected by this.

Not really tbh. I would want to change the paint job and I suspect it won't be as light as 531c, unless you can tell me otherwise?
