totally smashed up my nexus 4 yesterday, dropped it on the pavement and now there are lights on, but no-one is home. Can anyone recommend a decent lightweight case for my replacement? I had an incredibly effective dual layer thingy for my Galaxy but it made it massive, this thing is bigger than I am used to already
I have the bumper. It works and isn't ugly. or big.

I haz a question for everybody with a pseudo-porteur style bike, basically anything with nitto promenade handlebars and the like, which put your hands either in line with your stem, or sometimes even behind it.
How does this affect handling?
it's basically exactly as ed said but there's a bit more to it than just a lighter front end. Theres a profound change in the way the bike responds to out of saddle efforts. Once out of the saddle the bars don't really leverage well and you feel like your legs are overpowering your arms. when seated the effect is not so pronounced and i suggest climbing from the saddle. I climb from a seated position, relaxing my arms and working with my legs.
in turns you feel as if the front end isn't weighted enough and as though the bike is under-steering. truth of the matter is this all makes you a better rider and you quickly you learn to steer with your hips.
the climbing sucks though and doesn't make you a better rider.

i can critique without mistaking this as a candidate for porn. The only reason i even take the time is this is a nice looking bike. things that bother me:
- narrow bars are always a mistake.
- thin grips are always a mistake
- plastic clips?
mainly directed at the owner.
