As the title suggests I'm in the market for a steel road frame. You would need to post as I'm outside London. Here is a list of what I would like, although I can be pretty flexible.....
Steel Frame (May consider allu)
Size 54-57 TT
126-130 rear spacing
700c
Normal brakes (no canti/disc please)
1 inch headset (not essential)
Cable/gear bosses
Rack & guard mounts

Yellow color (I'm flexible about this)Thanks for any replies in advance

Thanks for the cool comments guys. I was worried myself that I would look a little 'thrown together' but all the parts seen to work well with each other.
My next task (after the wheels) is to come up with some suitable decals. Since I have no idea what the make of frame is I'm going to come up with my own! I'm up for a bit of fun and will take suggestions? The funnier the better!

Ok..... Update take 2. Here is the time/lime/mime/chime/bine/fine/rhyme machine so far
Next up is to build some wheels. I have these horrid things lying around in the mancave.

The plan is to nick the hubs which are Shimano Tiagra, so nothing special, then lace them to silver Mavic Open Sport rims which I also have. The cassetts will be and Ambrosio Shimalgo number, a Shimano splined Campag spaced problem solver.....So can any subject matter experts help me out with the origins of the frame? I've been informed the tubing is Tange....
