Selling my Gazelle "Orange" Commuter/City Bike.
Perfect working order and ready to ride - dynamo headlight works, suspension takes the edge off the road, tyres have good tread, etc.7 speed hub gears and roller brakes. Both working great, nice and sharp.

The fun bits of Epping are all off the gravel paths - there’s probably a hundred miles of dirt singletrack to explore. (Additionally the gravel paths are shared use so riding fast on them is a dick move).
I would fit the bike with tyres that have some good bite in mud, and low gearing that doesn’t require constant fettling.

I spent a day in the (redone) Moleman house with Sue Webster a while ago. The basement is 2 stories high, and has a full height North-facing window that makes it a very habitable space.
She was using all the walls at once for a CSI-style string connection diagram. The outside spaces were really odd and unwelcoming, but the basement studio was fantastic. She had no end of good stories.
