Tidy Peugeot 653 Frameset 22.5"
Whilst not exactly immaculate with rust spots on underside of toptube cable guides, and a tiny ding on the toptube its still all completely solid. The bottom bracket plastic cable guide is missing but these are available for a couple of quid off ebay.
I'll also include a nice Stronglight A9 alloy headset, though it's got no taper bearings...these are available easily and cheaply. This frame had a 39mm tall stack headset originally fitted so obtaining headsets will not be a prob.
Looking for £100 collected from midlands with postage if required probably an extra £10 for Parcel Force 48 recorded.
Well a better buy for a ton than this old snotter! -

Jeez check this facebook group (you may have to log in to Facebook to activate the link)
https://www.facebook.com/groups/238008289555881/
This has been set up by someone who drives as a profession!!
BUT (haha) he seems to be having trouble with someone defending cyclists...worth a look. Sure his employer would be proud of his attitude towards other road users!!

I always feared some sort of car vs bike sides taking place as soon as cycling started to get popular again. I started back in 87 aged 14 (when it was pretty much underground and a low key minority sport), in the meantime I gave up and started MTBing before starting back on the road some 3 years ago.
It truly scares the shit outta me that theres so much hate about us on the roads, reading all comments from non cyclist road users on the comments section of most news websites displays a horrifying level of ignorance and prejudice directed at us.
I have to confess at times it makes me want to sell up and scuttle back to darting off road on the MTB once more....though I probably won't as consider myself pretty fortunate living in Worcs where its a slower pace generally.
How the f**k have we ended up here folks...I sometimes really worry about where this is all going!!!??
In meantime...stay safe and please keep your wits about you!!

Selling surplus C Record era kit as fitting some newly aqquired deltas and Syncro downtubers to me 992. I've added pics and although I'm never going to make head window dresser at Harrods...My rather shit little display should make sense, anyhow...stuff as follows -
All prices include recorded postage at cost....
Cinelli Criterium bars 65/40's £25
8 Speed Campag 12-21t cassette first 8 speed shallow spline...got red spacers that I've not seen before on one of these £12
Chorus Brakeset good nick (late revised 1992 version) £95
C Record first gen ergos (with the distinctive bulge on the bottom of the levers) 8 speed and work well £93
C Record penta drive brake levers, fair condition but hoods worn smooth and gone a bit sloppy..although no real tears..despite this these are a rare find to match some deltas, especially as most sets seem to be sold without levers! SOLD
Chorus first edition 8 speed rear mech, pullies as new and its cosmetically lovely though got some slop in the main pivot and some play in allen mounting bolt, I've been using this until last weekend and can vouch it still works well except in bottom gear where it can jump £28
-
In all fairness to pullingteth, I was 2nd dibs but after not hearing owt for 24hrs, I in the meantime got some 5 pivots on a B.I.N on ebay...as assumed the sale had gone through and I'd missed out...thing is when you want something as rare as deltas...you gotta pounce as the next set could be a while coming!!
Kboys suggestion sounds a fair compromise?

After a season of little use, I've decided to sell my Shamals
16 spokers for Tubs
Brilliant condition with no dents on the rims and hardly any brake wear
Complete with original Q/R's (though one ring end has been replaced with a Chorus end) and the following -VGC Record 12-21 8 speed cassette
Nice pair of Vittoria Corsa CX TubsCondition is very nice though the rear just needs a minor truing as its just about 2mm out on a small part....I've not done this as the spoke nipples are only accessible from behind the tyre and its not been that bad for me to bother with.
Pics below...and one on my 992 to show how great these things look...though sale for wheels only as I'm having that Vitus buried with me!
Looking for £250 to include fully recorded delivery...Pick up fine from midlands too.

What's with the prices?
And what's with "Campag 8 speed/early 9 speed"? It's either 8v or 9v**: **http://branfordbike.com/articles/cassettes-and-cogs-pg60.htm
As in 8 speed and early 9 speed use the same spline pattern so will work on both. Prices dropped to same too if you're still interested.

Two alloy frames for sale - Both frames are 130 O.L.D (Prices include recorded delivery from South Midlands)
**First is a Kinesis branded Shogun 54cm ST (c2t) & 55cm TT (c2c) **
Nice condition other than scratches on the downtube as seen in the pics, this has an internal rear brake cable and I've left this in to aid refitting.
Braze on front mech.
The threaded steerer is cut with enough thread to accept most headsets...ie all Campag Chorus era will fit perfectly
£85**Second is a Peugeot Competition 58cm ST (c2t) & 57cm TT (c2c) **
Nice condition other than age related scratches and bubbling around the downtube bottle bosses..but still solid enough, this has an internal rear brake cable and I've left this in to aid refitting.
This will come with a very nice and smooth Shimano cartridge BB but the Stronlight headset is shot and will need replacing.
