Vittorio rando as a fixed CX/commuter. It's already in SSCX thread, but as it's a current project, posting it here as well. Fitted new tyres and brakes. Riding on hoods is so much better than on risers. Need to adjust the brakes, so still skidding to stop. Feels weird on big tyres.

Lovely frame and build.
Can you reach the brake levers when riding on the drops? They look to be too far from the bars. I´ve been thinking about getting some compact bars to match with old aero levers but seems that it´s not the best combination.

I´ve been thinking a lot about changing the dropouts of my fixed gear conversion but the main reason for not doing it is that I don´t want to modify the geo of the bike, (the BB height mainly). I´ve seen plenty of frames with the dropouts replaced but all of them are just a plug and play work, which lowers the bottom bracket 10 to 20mm as the hub axle seats in a different position (see the picture).
I know the difference might be hardly noticeable, but I like getting the things done properly, so what are there possibilities? Do you know any framebuilder who offers this service?

@madman: if you mean designed from scratch, they weren't. we had to modify them by cuting off some parts so they could fit in the stays. but they were installed horizontally to keep the bb at the same height with all wheel positions.
@Richtea71: thank you! we'll do our best! :)
I just said it because when changing road dropouts to horizontal, people normally do a plug and play work so the axle of the rear wheel is higher than the chainstays, but in your case seems that you have modified the dropouts to maintain the axle at same height so the BB drop and the BB height is not affected.
Nice work BTW.

I have three stems for three different bars (risers, bulhorns and track drops) which I usually change depending on the occasion: risers for the city, bullhorns for long rides... And I must admit that I´m quite fed up of changing them time to time. In fact I´m selling all of them to get some proper compact bars that should be an all-in-one.
