Saga begins once again. Running fine all winter. SV has started just....shutting down.
No timing, no reason. Starts on the button every morning. Idles nicely, no pops, no bangs, fine through out the rev range in all gears. At lights or low speed, it just sometimes dies. Leave it a few minutes and starts right back up. -
@Jung question. If say the thermostat or radiator switch are faulty on an FI bike, will the ECU shut the bike down if it overheats?

As much as I’d love to, I still wouldn’t bother with electric yet. It’s nowhere where cars are yet. Real world mileage reports are shite.
New GS is looking good. Much more compact than the latest crop of ‘adventure’ stuff. That extras book is fucking massive.
You want capable or interesting? Why not switch it up a bit and try smaller? The Guzzi tourer looks good.

Runners. I’ve started running/jogging/whatever recently and really enjoying it; but my outer left knee tightens up after about 20 minute and doesn’t so much as hurt as just feels incredibly tight and uncomfortable.
Is it just weak, unused musculature?
I stretch plenty, so not sure what it is. What are my next steps? Should I go see a gait specialist? -

Tho without static sag set not sure how that would affect the rest of the settings.
Massively. At really compression bouncy bits would be rebounding much too slow on big hits.
Chain tension is fine, it's the front end head shake at high speed rebound that seems all wrong.In other bullshit, the fucking seals on the tiger forks are leaking again.
What do people use for dust/oil seals? -
