Looking for a friend - 54cm vintage steel frame with 30-32mm tyre clearance, thinking something 70s-80s designed for 27" wheels. 531, Columbus etc. Braze ons for mudguards a plus. Something like a Holdsworth, ideal. Old steel CX frame would also work. Nothing too fancy!

Looking to add a rear pannier rack to a disc brake bike for commuting. Any recommendations for something lightweight? Something like a Tortec ultralight that is disc compatible. A lot of the disc ones I've seen look overkill and heavy.
