When it rains it REALLY rains!

Take as little as humanly possible, good quality knock-off clothes and silk are so cheap in Thailand that I often used to go to the market and get an entire set of clothes for the evening, change from a tenner!

Thanks Smallfurry, I've used my Evoc half a dozen times with no problems. They're comparatively light and very easy to pack as well. Now I'll be paranoid next time I use it!

I don't think the Tdi counts as a classic, but avoiding petrol versions is a must! I've had a few Land Rovers over the years, they really are great fun and stylish in an inverted snobbery sort of way.....
