I concur with the frying pan/grill method, works best if you get it under the grill as soon as possible to get a good rise, then return to the hob to finish the bottom. Sadly my grill isn't as hot as the old one :/
Just the standard one. There's probably all sorts of tasty upgrades I could acquire, but really all I could actually do with is a replacement mat and a record cleaning machine of some sort.
I'm not going to replace my aluminium bike frame every 2 years, why would I replace my handlebars? All those decade old 3t and cinelli ones seem to be doing just fine
Carbon fibre has extremely high fatigue resistance. Unless you expose it to a preposterous amount of UV or actually gouge or crack the fibres, it'll last longer than you.
Some sparkling mineral water like badoit and a good cordial like bottlegreen's ginger and lemongrass works a treat. Also fond of lime and soda or tonic water with a slice of lemon
Finished off yesterday and delivered! SKS mudguards are a pain in the arse to install. And had to improvise with a long bolt and using a recessed brake nut as a spacer as there's no chainstay bridge. Plus gave a quick spray of clearcoat to protect the bare fork bits.
