It's the heat from above rather. You need to get the trapped air to expand before the dough starts to cook, hence you need to whack it under the grill ASAP

Full on TT. 55cm top tube, so with that seat angle it's longer than my road bike I think, should work nicely. Will have to run some positive rise I imagine. Julie Dibens is 5'10" afaik, not far off.

Would definitely be interesting to see how the legit Full Carbon flexes in comparison. I imagine the carbon rails will take up the slack a little compared to steel.
