Not sure if anyone can work this out, but do the majority of posts on this thread relate to bikes stolen at weekends?

Thanks for that. I agree re the power but looks seems to be a thing for her. I’m going to get my Audi specialist mechanic go over it and hopefully he will pick up on any issues.

Amazing amount of dust and dirt seemed to be causing the power socket not to sit correctly.

Update. Using a toothpick, rubbing alcohol and a magnifying glass, I managed to remove a significant amount of dirt and dust. Power cord is now making a much better connection. Also cleaned the ear speaker and I can hear a lot better too.

I have looked and they seem ok but I will get a magnifying glass and have a better look. I have found that the Anker cables don’t seem to seat as well as the Apple ones but, again, it could be some wear on the phone socket. Thanks

Charging leads. I know Anker is the forum go to for replacements but how long should a lead last? I’m having a few issues and wonder if it could be the phone and not the leads.

Great work! Congrats. Plateaus happen, do not let them worry or upset you. Follow the app and you will progress - it will be slower than the beginning but it will happen.
Once you find it’s taking too long to complete your sets and you are really stuck, then you could consider another program. But - don’t let plateaus deter you - that’s the vital message.
