Happy to help, but it's hard to offer you sound advice until you have a better idea of what what you want and what's available. Do yourself a favour and do some research, there's more than likely a topic specific thread going already in relation to any questions you might have, plus there is the Any question answered... thread for random questions and enquiries. Whatever you do, you certainly don't need to spend that amount of cash for a good quality first fixed-gear bike.
