Manitou Mattoc pro 3 120mm 29 Boost
Only signs of use are a couple scrapes on the stickers and a bit of a scratch on the steerer from enthusiastically trying to remove a crown race. Stanchions in great condition.
Steerer cut to 215mm and star nut fitted.
Enough clearance for 2.6" tires on 30mm rims.
Comes with kit to replace the internals and extend to 140mm if required.
£275 collected from SE6 or can post at cost. I occasionally commute into the office (W1t) so could meet on route if needed.

Any top tips for picking an estate agent to sell our flat? (2 bed in SE6)
Had two valuations so far with different valuations and fees from Acorn (425k and 1.5% fee) and KFH (450k and flat 5k fee)
Do i just take the highest valuation? Or do I need to go out for a couple more vaulaitons from other estate agents?

Silca Impero Frame Pump
Fitted my old road bike perfectly, but fractionally too large for my new bike.
Couple of tiny marks but purely cosmetic.
Size XL - suited for 53-56cm internal triangle dimension.
COLLECTION ONLY from SE6/Blythe Hill. Got a new baby and i can't face riding across town or queueing at a post office. I'm WFH so pretty flexible on collection times.

Need some advice please. Had a single tooth bridge installed 10 years ago from a bike crash. It's fallen out twice before (both bike crashes) and been fixed back in place each time by Kings College dental.
My wife is due to give birth today or tomorrow with our first child so it was perfect timing for the bridge to fall out during dinner last night.
Is it worth trying to cement it back in place myself, or wait a week or 2 till were somewhat settled with baby and try to get a dental appointment somewhere?
It's the tooth next to my main front teeth and can eat ok without it.
