It is in perfect condition, I've noticed 2 micro scratchs that you can perhaps see on the pictures.

Sold with rim strips and well packed in a specific wheel parcel.

It is in really great condition, some minor paint spots are present but nothing serious, no dent and no rust at all.

Actually it doesn't fit the fork.
Fork accepts only 23c and under

As you guys can see on the pics, the wheel is out of alignment.
One of the fork leg is slightly warped.

At the end of the picture set, there are two forks, that's the replacement offer.

I don't really know what happened, I bought it like that, and it had never bothered me.
The first owner was a track racer and the second owner got the bike like that as well
