Completely anecdotal, but when I had Vodafone for a work phone and my wife had o2, my wife ALWAYS had reception when i didn't.
BTW- in case your wife uses an iPhone and a MacBook, tethering is really straightforward... probably similar on Android too (unless it's running out of data that's the stress).

I heard something on the radio about it recently. According to the show, the fact that all these loans are being made but most will never be fully repaid is just kicking the can down the road - it means that the books are balanced for now, but future governments will have to deal with the shortfall of all the loan money that was given out but not repaid in however many years' time.

Not 100% sure, but the fact it's there might make that really hard/expensive. Digging it up is the worst thing you can do to spread it, so it all needs to be carefully dealt with and the roots and maybe even soil taken away to be disposed of safely. This was the major thing that put me off.

^ Main thing to check for is if it's in an insurance backed treatment program already. Should be fine if so.

I think the upshot is it's not seen as the terror it used to be, you should be able to get mortgage and insurance unless it's really bad, but is a pain to get rid of (takes years and the cancer thing certainly isn't great).

We used Rocket Van per someone here's recommendation I think. Really nice professional service. Took ages longer than estimated but I think that was just cos of all the stairs and crazy amount of stuff, rather than them being slow.
