I get this quite a lot. Sometimes feels like it's the car driving punishing you for cycling the wrong way down the street, since they don't realise you're allowed to.

I think it was mainly losing money since it was pumping all its revenues into future growth, rather than having anything left over at the end of each year. Fairly common in the tech world (though Amazon was probably a pioneer of it at that scale).

Assume only reason they aren't still doing this is that it's no longer possible to spend money at the rate they're making it.

No worries. Yeah, I think the problem is they often look a bit mismatched with the chunky carbon fork crown.

Here's mine with the fork, in the end I went back to a straight steel fork and bigger 650b wheels.

Yeah, my method was always the other way around in the past, since I didn't want to do the difficult bit at the valve, where it's most fragile.
But turns out if you do it at the valve, there is no difficult bit, so no need to worry...
(YMMV obvs, could just be other things at play).

Pretty horrible with the bus stop islands, cars pulling out, rubbish as mentioned above. Going through Vic Pk and around is much more pleasant.

Got mine today, came with a BB as well, megabargain.

Think it's a return or something, crank was a bit scratched and BB threads were dirty and seemed almost crossthreaded.
