I have a Uniqlo ''Block Tech'' jacket which is like their re-branded version of goretex. Kept me dry through a Scottish winter so it's doing something right. Fits well, looks good and you can maybe pick one up on sale for around 50 quid.

I've got a medium sized Timbuk2 Classic Messenger bag ready to swap for a backpack. An Ortlieb would do nicely, but it doesn't have to be a cycling related brand.

The bag is only a couple of months old, light use,perfect condition. It's got a stability strap and loads of little pockets/laptop section. I'm only trying to get rid of it because just prefer having two straps.

Coyle seemed to have a lot of players on loan from the big guns, I wonder if thats a hindrance rather than a boon, as those players are with you for a season, half a season, and then you've got to replace them with other loan players, or spend some cash on new players, which is almost like remaking your first team/squad every season...

I can see the potential short term benefits of loaning players like Wilshere and Sturridge and whoever else, but yeah like you said, they just return to their respective clubs at the end of the season, leaving Bolton at square one, while other smaller clubs sell on their better performing players to generate some cash to pump into next season's squad.

Renting a few teenagers can't be great for morale, either.

Loan players are like Wonga. Alright for a bit, then it's really shit when they're gone.

There's an outer layer on the lock and the orange bit just fills the gap where there would normally be a mounting bracket. The actual steel isn't any narrower. But if the normal one is cheaper for you, why aren't you buying that one?!

No. The lock isn't compromised in any way. The orange part is just covering the narrow part where the mounting bracket usually is.
