Yeah already seen this, no info about coached sessions though.

Had a good look and couldn't find anything on their website or Facebook, I probably made it up. Will stick with the rock up sessions :)

Ace, planning on making use of the rock up and ride sessions too, hopefully bump into to you down the track.

No idea what that acronym stands for but the track inductions at Herne Hill are great. Recommend the Sunday sessions, a really relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Yep got a copy of Nicole Cookes book you can borrow, do you track on Sundays? I'm a massive fan of Nichole Cooke and it's a great read. She's brilliant at recounting races and the tactics. Warning though > If you don't already, you may have a realisation that Cycling is/was run by wankers..

Yep definitely the Sportive, incredible!! Announced by London 100 today.

The Womens race is a crit on Saturday, great line up: Vos, Armitstead, Bronzini, Archibald, Storey, Trott to name a few.

Cannot believe this..Marianne Vos is riding with us on Sunday! World Champion, Olympic Champion, best bike rider ever, riding a sportive. Fucking amazing!

Tried out my new Gore bibs at the weekend. The zip system is a pretty perfect solution for wee stops "bio breaks". Well pleased with them.

Just got this reply from the Peckham track if anyone wants info for the novice BMX session on Sunday.

I rode this track a couple of months ago (first time on a BMX) and cannot put into words how much fun it is :)

"We are hosting an adult BMX novice session this Sunday 26th Jan 9.30am to 1pm, cost will be at £12 per person including bike and helmet hire.

Once you passed the test at the end of the novice session, you will be able to go on any of the rock up and ride session with no booking and cost, just simply turn up and ride & enjoy! :)

If you are interested to book in for this Sunday, please kindly provide us with the rider’s full name/age/gender (age and gender just for our coach’ info so they know who are they expecting) and we payment by Friday 4pm over the phone via credit or debit card.
