Tubeless road tyres, 30mm+, grippy in wet and dry, tough enough for roubaix.

If my clincher wheels have a 24mm external, 20mm internal rim width, which Stan's kit would I get to go tubeless? Looks as though it would be the XC 29er kit as they're too wide for the Cyclocross?

Great course. Big, fast field in the S/J. Sprint at the beginning was batshit. The cliff was a highlight, but equally enjoyed the other run up, the steps and the cambers.

Put in a great ride until I punctured at the start of the final lap. Had to ride pretty gingerly to the pits then change a wheel. Lost about 5 places in the process.

Will still be worth the schlep to Redbridge, we'll come up with a decent course.

Charlie who liaises with them said he had radio silence for best part of a year then finally this week they replied saying: no, our gardeners don't like it.

You can use football / rugby studs (wide and short) or buy the sidi ones (long and narrow).

I have the sidis. You wouldn't want to run them in dry conditions.

Feel a bit like I'm treading water, having finished in 21st place three weeks in a row. Different courses, participants and conditions all with the same outcome.

On the plus side, I still have a derailleur attached to my bicycle.
