Definitely alternate shoes. The buggers survive and multiply given a re-up within 24 hours. 2 pairs of shoes alternated will make a big difference. Each pair completely dries out, making it impossiible for fungi to survive.

I'm a 100% drone novice. I want a piece of kit that will fly, transmit live video to a headset, can be flown by the 'viewer' or a third party whilst the viewer wears the headset. Basically I want the sensation of flying ike a bird. Is this even possible?
