You might find that one of the county-based Wildlife Trusts has a hitlist of fields they would like to own, [or failing that manage (mainly)] for wildlife, adjacent to one of their reserves.
As stated above the 'field' designation is only a temporary status that requires significant resource to prevent it becoming:
1) scrub bound as bramble spreads from hedgerows,
2) a dock-filled wasteland from horsiculture, (over grazing from too many horses/ponies),
3) overrun with Ragwort,
4) turned into a flytippers paradise, as cordless angle grinders are ubiquitous and will cut through gate hinges if toughened bolts/padlocks put up too much resistance.Having someone else take on the responsibility for maintaining boundaries, footpath access etc would be invaluable.
There is also now the possibility to earn an offsetting income from developers who cannot deliver Biodiversity Net Gain at their actual development site.

I would go with Soudal, who are a dedicated sealant manufacturer.
The Dow brands, in the UK, are handled by Geocel, who had a sealant facility in Plymouth bitd, and may be manufacturing under license.
Mapei are relatively new to sealants, filling a gap in their offering to wholesalers/pro-retailers who prefer to consolidate to as few suppliers as possible. I suspect the Mapei tube sealants are made by a large EU manufacturer, maybe even Soudal.Performance will not vary very much as it is hard to integrate much biocide into a clear sealant, both physically and legislatively.

Yep, £35 is just around the limit of a 'pocket money/don't think twice' spend.
I'll probably be able to curtail my avarice until the Autumn toolshows when the Wera stand normally has a 10% discount.
The cheeky option would be to contact the UK Wera office and claim the holder in the ToolCheck Plus has 'broken',
('dropped' by a child/clumsy inattentive mate etc),
and offer to pay for a replacement.Torque =£++

Agree entirely.
This tenner means that I don't have to raid the 'work' tool bag for Wera pouches when I just need a couple of hexbits in a ratchet handle to do something on the bike.I keep looking at the bike-adjusted version of your Tool-Check Plus,
and,
normally manage to convince myself 'Maybe next month'. -
