When I am inconvenienced by companies I remind them that I will need to be compensated for my time, and not just at minimum wage.
'Kylie' confirmed the £25 gift vouchers first offered as compensation for the wheels being not as advertised, when I was thinking about keeping them, remain valid as compensation for my wasted effort attempting to return the wheelset through Collectplus, and printing off the required Returns Notes.

They have a couple of other Wera offers as well.

I agree, the Uxbridge Road may have a variable quality surface,
but does have some Bus Lanes, offering slight benefits,
and agreed, the number of side roads and crossings prevent Pro-muting,
but as a cycle-able route into 'Real' *London,
it trounces the A40 cyclepaths.Thought I read a headline to a Guardian article proclaiming the Uxbridge Road as the western end of a 50km 'High Street'.
*From the peripheral viewpoint of West Ruislip, probably Shepherds Bush.

My 1st encounter with Collectplus.
There's a store/collection point in the High Street. Stroll up to be told this Newsagent only accepts 'parcels' upto A4 size.
Not happy!
Carried the two boxes back home.
+ve a mile of walking exercise.
Will continue my Livechat relationship with Eric from CRC tomorrow. -
Stranger & stranger.
When Waterside was planned/built/opened it was immediately dubbed 'T6' by locals.
