Not sure if the word 'Basic' should come with a health warning but couldn't workout what more expensive ones have to offer, better machined/quieter/last a little longer?

Does anyone think it possible or not (from experience) to run 48 with a 14t and 17t on a single chain? Looking at a ratio for track and road.
Current plan is 46:14/16 but would prefer the above but three teeth might be pushing it.

I've been trying to find out the Q factor of the Rival 1 also.Only 2 left in stock... buy now ask questions later :D
edit: this is the only reference I can find, it says the Q is 145 mm which is very close (147 mm)

Right, I see that the Omniums are Q factor 134.7 mm which is quite a difference.
Is 2mm going to make any tangible difference?!

What's the Q for the Stages Rival? This document has two numbers (2x10 and 3x10).

You'll be fine on the ground floor, our lease said the same. To be honest, I researched the sh*t out of everything including underfloor heating options but then on moving realised we had no furniture so spent money on that and have grown to like the carpets.
