I'm not certain it'll help, then I'm not sure that even with a long bolt that it will sit very well behind the fork, it's hardly a flat surface.
To be honest, I snapped a picture and gave up, it can wait for another day and wanted to check the net before going all rage on it. The bending approach seems to be popular.

I'm sorry that I'm probably the millionth person to get stuck with SKS Chromoplastics but..
My fork is awkward, the mount points are quite high up (above the brake and inside the fork) but that's ok, have pushed the poles through. Now how do I mount he guard on back side of the fork, it's deep and not flat either. The provided screw isn't long enough and having it on the front just throws all the angles off and it rubs.

Is it as simple as go to a hardward store and get a really long screw? May go have a peak around Condor tomorrow... https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0858/4882/products/0000004290_0e20d7d8-3d31-4b70-9b96-648d235eb6cf.jpg?v=1468234934

Have 3rd cat licence (road racing), don't have HH accreditation card. Need both?
I've done an intro session and 2 days there with my club (doing mock races!) but I guess that's not enough. Will root around for my card but may have binned it when I heard they'd changed the format.
Suspect will get also spanked, 46x14 is my biggest gear (?).

from another forum, have not checked it.. they said it's apparently subtly different but that even the RL100 official material contradicts itselfs depending where you look.

I'll be using the kindly provided top tube sticker to navigate, with a few modifications.

A good choice and I've looked around, a new CAAD 12 frameset was another option but don't want to be dealing with adapters, BB30a and all that(?). I'm tied into my wheelset (powertap) and the groupset is mostly ultegra which leaves the frame and fork.
The current fork, with some headset bearings on, weighed in at 676g, so upgrading that and keeping the frame is another option but then I've put 15,500 miles into the frameset, maybe time for a change?!

I currently race on a 2008 CAAD 8, by far the oldest bike in the field, not that this is a bad thing. On paper the Viner f+f is 600g+ lighter and I'd assume a little stiffer too (straight seat stays vs not). I'll check out those Ribbles but they win an award for worst product description ever..
"Ribble Evo Pro Red Frameset" and that's it.Another option is to replace my weighty fork, that's an easy 250g saving right there.

Anyone riding the RT90/Viner Mitus 0.6?
It's only available in very uninspiring carbon/grey or black/green.

It does, I've heard fitting these is a right of passage. I built the bike on Saturday so just wanted to take it for a test ride, can bide my time whilst the suns out, Hulk smash mode can wait!
I think the crown hole is for a caliper brake which is odd for a disc fork(?). I'll check out those bolts, they cost as much as the guards but if they work.
