It took a bit of getting used to but I do love it. Not sure how I'd cope with more travel though...

So I had a bit of a worry that the Thomson dropper was broken but it turns out that the 5nm the seat post clamp is rated to is about 1/2nm too high for the post. Backed it down to 3 and then up to 4 and it works perfectly now.

Cinch to set up, smooth action and damn pretty.

This happened, new tyres and clipless pedals to be fitted tomorrow.

Then no foreseeable changes providing everything works nicely.

CX bike in Epping is the most fun imo, even on more rooty sections just be balanced and light on the bike. As long as you keep on looking ahead it's fine haha.

I've heard nothing but good things about the covert dropper, got one on the way. Obvs not paid retail but still not as cheap as I'd hoped. Expecting it in around a week as its on back order.

Well picked something up on special this week, always liked these but was never willing to pay £££ for one.

Gonna build it up relatively slowly as I've still got some other stuff to finish and convert my steel thing to a commuter with mudguards for winter and a monster CX for longer off road rides.

It really depends, that's typical of Japanese ones but my non NJS ones both looked different.

Can't help but think the first post comes off a little overthought though, I'd imaging the reason there are no girls in the videos that mash have put out is that they simply didn't know any that rode in the style they wished to showcase and were also around for filming. There are also few ethnic minorities in the latest video, I doubt this is because they're being ignored but most likely because there just weren't any around at the time in their community.

I'm not really sure why I'm commenting as I know it wasn't aimed at me and I'm surely not making any friends by doing so, the mash guys are lovely and great fun, I seriously doubt they're going out of their way to ignore women.
