Yep - both the bike shed and the garden room have loving roofs. Without drainage, they'd turn into living ponds.
As long as there's a reasonable fall (3° - 5° iirc), they do well. The reservoir cells below the substrate take care of the rest.
The bike shed was a bit half-arse, using just a waterproof sheet. The office used rubber, glue, and all that jazz.

I use it for deep frying. It's heavier than olive oil, and I think the smoke point is a bit higher, and doesn't impart unwelcome flavours.
I use Ocado boggo olive oil for general cooking and it does a perfectly good job.
Extra Virgin only comes out if I'm cooking at low temperatures.
Coconut oil for some other bits and bobs. Or butter / ghee.

Does anyone know where you can get these in the UK?
My googlefu is failing me, and I really don't want to have to embark on yet another project to make some myself*.

* If I do, maybe I should start up my own etsy page & sell 'em.

Removing the decking was a non-starter - there's just not a way to lift the boards that wouldn't involve some sort of destruction.
Then there's the wire mesh that is around the base of the building below the floor joists.
Fishing a wire was also a non-starter, as there's a joist in the way, and not enough space to get the cable rod extenders attached.
In the end, I've had some success with drilling another hole in the floor, on the other side of the door.

I already have cables going over the door, down and out, which I'm trying to replace, as they get in the way of things. I'd also prefer not drilling through the side (which is ~200mm side to side).
For more clarity - the whole floor is suspended, with 6" space, just not enough room to stick and arm under.
I guess I could lift the decking, though the thought of it gives me the dry itch.
