Does anyone know if the Pompetamine forks are okay to be drilled?
http://www.on-one.co.uk/i/q/FOOOP12/on_one_pompetamine_2012_fork
It would be for adding a rack rather than a brake
Aren't the pet fork already drilled? If not I'm sure it'd be ok as they are basically the same with different brake mounts.

Fitting 26" wheels f&r to a pomp will lower the bb 30mm, if you use the same width tyres, causing loads more pedal strike. It'll certainly make toe overlap significantly better but wont change things like head tube angle or tt length which is what I presume your after. Popping a 26 in the front only will sharpen the ht angle, reduce toe overlap the same as above and slightly lengthen tt. And will only lower the bb by about 12mm. I'd say try Louis med pompino before wasting money on wheels or new frame

No problem. Its happened on bikes that havent been messed with, on loads of polo pomps but they get much more abuse than normal (hopping, endo spins, heavy accelerating, crashes etc). I'm quite light and use the geared pomp for commuting and light cx style riding with no problems. It's well do able, but you're more likely to snap your stays if its been coldset. As I said before, coldset your frame at your own risk. Mines been ok!

Front disk only + heavy front load = many endo situations. . It won't be such an issue if the weight was over the rear wheel.
