I have a trek 7100fx hybrid frame which I have converted into a single speed, but the gear ratio is very very neutral (I live in Brighton, and am by no means a serious rider at all but I manage every single hill)
Would you be interested? I am 5 foot 9 and the frame is too big for me so it would probably be about right for you.
