Daisy wriggled out of her harness this morning on her walk with my partner and nearly put herself under a van. Vibes are not good in the house, lots of "I don't want to have a dog anymore".
Daisy's front end is basically a cone so she's no good for collars, and has now managed to get out of the (pretty naff) harness that arrived with her and the julius k9 one we got for her. She's very deep-chested and her "elbows" are quite high - struggling to see how another harness is going to stop her getting out. Bleurgh. This is hard. -



Trying to keep a reactive, energetic, anxious dog calm after an operation is DIFFICULT and STRESSFUL. Daisy has developed a seroma at the incision so that's mint. Should be fine, if we can keep her calm.
