Hi all,
I bought a brand new All City Mr. Pink frame from Triton Cycles a few months ago. Unfortunately due to my fickle nature, I have now decided to dump my idea of building a road bike for a fat bike. I am specifically interested in a Surly Pugsley in whatever colour as long as it's size 16.
You can skip the next part as it will be a rant.
I know it's my problem but I contacted Triton on the hope that as I was a previous customer and since I bought the frame originally from them and it is hasn't even been removed from the packaging, that they would be able to swap it. Not a chance. They did helpfully tell me that I could sell it on ebay and then use the proceeds to buy the Pugsley frame. I thanked them for the advice but really wish I had told them that if I were to do that, I would just buy from Charlie the Bikemonger as his prices are cheaper and his customer service is ace. Unfortunately these days customer service is what it is but when you get treated well, the whole shopping experience is just much better. Well I've learn't my lesson. I won't be buying from them again. Anyway rant over.
