For the last 4 days I've woken up with a stiff knee. Started as a tightness on the outer upper right knee. Only painful to walk or bend.
Managed to gently walk/stretch it back to almost normal first day.
Now it's moved to the outside of the knee and I can barely move it without pain.
Strangely it doesn't hurt at all when cycling. I've been a lot less active than normal and can't think what else has changed.
Apologies for the word salad. Any ideas greatly appreciated.

Hello! I bought these from Jono84 not long ago and due to me getting the rear spacing of my ribble wrong(#!*%!?) I won't be using them.

Still as described with a mark/scratch on the rear brake surface but otherwise great condition. Jono84 kindly threw in some 25c Victoria rubino pro control tyres and tubes so they are included.

Felt 1t4i frame 61 ctt st and 59 ctc tt. Fitted with 60mm fwe stem but can include the original 130mm stem or a 120mm condor stem. Also have narrower bars I can include.

Has a 9 speed sora group set in good condition. Minus brakes which are unbranded.

Wheel set is mismatched Mavic Ksyrium I bought from hilly ben at Muswell hill jumble some time ago. Front is equipe and rear is elite. I think he reckoned they were from 1999. Bearings are smooth and spin forever. Comes with 23mm gatorskins.

Pinheads and time pedals not included.
