Why hit buy something cheaper, more flexible and serviceable? Unless you're riding to a high standard indoor only I don't see the point in carbon spoks
weight mainly, friend of mine uses his indoor only and i got a chance to try it out. i've never seen a lighter wheel than this but i'm probably wrong on this. aren't carbon spokes low maintenance too? that'd be another plus in my book.

not actually familiar with the Kageroo fork but if it similar to the Alpina Track fork which has the hole in the back with 'screw' in middle, they are undrillable i understand.
in what way will your wheel not fit? axle in dropouts? or wheel radius?
hmm, guy at the local trackbike shops rides a kagero w frontbrake but i can't reach him at the moment. anyway i meant axle in dropouts.
the fork not taking the wheel is probably because axles come in 9mm and 10mm (10mm being common with older/cheaper wheels) and the fork is probably 9mm dropouts
I have the same thing with my surly steamroller.
i was expecting something like that, it seems to be just a fairy fart too wide. i have never seen axle measurements when scavenging for new wheels which is why i was confused. it seems as though i'll have to buy a new frontwheel then.
thanks to both of you.

just a got leader x pc kagero frameset and the fork is quite odd. firstly, it's not drilled for a front brake but it appears to be drilled (on the back). the hole isn't centered and it looks like it has merely been painted over…
so we drill through it, centering the hole while we're at it, and suddenly come to a stop in the middle of the process because there is a screw, serving no visible purpose, inside the fork, right where the brakehole is supposed to go through.
brakehole.
also the fork won't seem to take my (noname) frontwheel, which is also something i've never encountered before. please excuse my idiocy if this is some basic stuff i'm missing…
can anyone make sense of this? please spare me with the leader criticism, i spent good money on a frame i fell in love with, let's just focus on the issue, mkay? thanks.

i'm looking to buy my first industrial sewing machine, i have enough space in my bike room for a sewing table and i'm going to be using it to sew straps and bags so the main materials are going to be cordura (1000 denier), truck tarp and seatbelt webbing. can you guys recommend a machine or brands i should be looking for?

i'm currently (street) riding a no name track frame which i'm looking to replace with some quality. I'm torn between the usual suspects bianchi sp and dodici special. i know most people hate the super pista for superficial or "derp hipster" reasons but i have yet to see valid criticism of the frameset, seems like it's worth the money - the only downside is that i will have to pay some hefty custom fee importing it. downside of the dodici is the italian threaded bb and at least two months of waiting time.
are there other framesets i should be looking at?
