I picked this up for my step son, but he’s unlikely to grow into it for another two years at least, and has announced he would prefer a drop bar racer so rather than faff around trying to adapt this to his desires I am going to see what interest there is. Gears and brakes are all working perfectly, I think the bottom bracket may need replacing though. Bargain buy for child or lady after a quality touring bike - sizing wise it is ok for me at 5ft4 but wouldn’t work for anyone taller

given we can’t find the original thread, here are parts as far as I know:

• wheelset handmade, not sure rims but front is a shimano nexus dynamo hub
  
• front tyre is a panaracer pasela, rear not sure, but they are both 26x1.75
  
• 7speed shimano hub, rear derailleur is shimano dx, front shimano lx, crankset is a shimano deore triple

Up for sale as kid now too proficient on his own bike over longer distances for this to get any use. Bought from @Albb on here last year (can’t find original thread but maybe someone/you can?) and has since had a few additions/changes;

• tortec heavy duty (35kg rated) rack
  
• new son rear dynamo light
  
• new large wald front basket
  
• yepp junior seat (good for ages approx 4-10 and up to 35kgs)
  
• Brooks saddle got nicked, replaced with an old suede-y iscaselle
  
• handlebars replaced with swept back non-nitto but albatross-style bars
  
• cantis replaced with tektro vbrakes (although I think I still have the set of cantis if buyer wants)
  size - 49cm seat and 54cm top tube

Few more bits added to the table of parts - mainly freecycle - some straps, an old saddle/bar bag, pile of inner tubes (pretty sure these all have a puncture but 100% usable with patches - all 700c apart from one 16”), carradice bagman support strut adaptors (possibly also can be used on some rack supports? Dm for more info on any of this stuff
