I have a hilly 10k on Sunday..
For once, I have done a bit of training and I can fairly comfortably handle a flatter 10k at my slowish pace.. Between now and Sunday i'd thought i'd do an 8k tomorrow (Weds) and a brisk 5k on Friday..
Does this sound OK for last minute stuff?
Should I try to do hilly routes or is it too late to think about that?if you havent done hill stuff yet- bit late but youre pre-training days are in order, youll likely just find the hills bitchin, be alright though.
