Anyone interested in a Linn classik music CD player? Going to put it on eBay this week but £150 if anyone wants it. I bought it as it was local and said Linn on it but never really used it. Has it’s own amp as it’s got speaker outputs with plugs I don’t have, hence not using it. Only tested through headphones but appears to all work.

That’s kind of what I meant. I was more advising not to get involved in taking a bottom bracket apart unless needing to. Unseizing it if frozen with something to just get it moving again or leave it alone.
If you’ve tried fixing stuck bottom brackets I’m sure you would agree it would put anyone off doing anymore and kill a project off pretty quickly if they can’t get any further. If it all comes apart that’s fine but in my experience, they rarely do just come off, even with the right tools.

Only meant spray gt85 in the to free it off if it’s seized up as a cheap quick fix on something he appears to want to keep as a cheap build.
Bottom brackets are the last job you want to just take apart and rebuild if you don’t work on bikes normally. There’s nothing I won’t fix on a bike including welding frames up and stuck seatposts but bottom brackets are the lowest on the list of things I want to tackle as they’re often nothing but trouble.
Out of interest, how would you go about sorting it out?

if you don't do this sort of thing often and the bottom bracket spins without play, then just leave it well alone. spray some gt85 in there if it feels a bit stiff but otherwise don't touch it. it could well be a problem as they can seize and be nightmare to get out, even people who know what they're doing will groan at the thought of fixing one. if it aint broke, etc
it looks easy and cheap to me otherwise.
if you're set on keeping those wheels, you'll likely need long drop callipers, any levers will probably be fine. I would put 27" wheels in there, as it probably had originally just as it fills the frame better.
take the outer ring off if you want to keep the inner one but you will probably have to put a spacer in the chainring bolts. just use 5x M10 washers, you might have to trim an edge to fit. otherwise buy smaller bolts for a single chain ring.
all a single speed kit is is a sprocket with spacers, you may have a sprocket and spacers kicking about already in the form of an old cassette, so try that.
buy a 1/8 chain online for a few quid.
get an old MTB from the dump for spares such as riser bars, pedals, etc.
should be fine, you shouldn't have any trouble. all the above are just suggestions if you want to do it as cheap as possible.
if not just buy a load of bits and get spendy

I’m in a fortunate position to buy a flat but am in the unfortunate first world position of being a bit short on money to pay the fees etc. I have some stuff to cash in, this being one of them.
It’s a full carbon Bianchi c2c 928, 52cm, Campagnolo shamal ultra wheelset with Continental gp force/attack tyres, Campagnolo chorus carbon cranks and levers, carbon bars, stem, seatpost etc. I’ve got all the manuals for the parts and bike, it’s in pristine condition, could almost pass as new. I barely use it as it’s too small for me really, plus I need to release the dosh.
£1250, in Brighton which is about 50min train ride from Victoria on a good day.

Also this Rychtarski lopro, Columbus slx tubing, has a Campagnolo record headset, Cinelli stem, Profile pursuit bars wrapped in cloth tape, Syntace levers, San Marco concor supercorsa saddle, aerospoke track wheel, I think a Mavic cp 650c rim of some kind on Ultegra hub with bladed spokes, a fairly bland sturmey archer crankset. Frame is lovely and has no dents but plenty of scratches and chips. I would be up for splitting potentially.
Any ideas on price? The frame is hella rare.

Get in contact if you’re interested to buy, as I need to sell.

There’s nothing wrong with that bike it’s just dirty. Get wire wool on the corrosion, pump the tyres up, some soap and water it will look miles better in about ten mins.
Unless you’re magnificently lazy you wont need to pay someone to do it.
Then look at it objectively. The chain is rustyish but this won’t make it unusable, wire brush from 99p shop, wash the grot off, dry and lubricate it, it will be fine.
The only thing that could be a problem is the rusty rims. Wire bush on that as best as you can and it will probably be ok. Otherwise swap out for a secondhand set of 700c wheels of your choosing.
This sort of thing only gets expensive when you try modernising it. It’s not a modern bike though so just keep it as is.
I’ve refurbished loads of bikes like this, seriously, it looks bad as it’s got flat tyres and dirt on it. Underneath all that it’s likely fine. Unless you put it away broken it needs some oil on the chain and check over the brakes and you’ll be good.
Apparently you can grow potatoes in a trench filled with straw and do away with the whole digging bit but leaves them more open to rats getting to them
