Impossible to get on without turning the leg gripper material up, and once on the elastic backing does a poor job of keeping it tight leaving it baggy at the bottom.
I agree. Just tried my pair on and I'm pretty sure bibshorts shouldn't be flared. Maybe a defective batch with baggy elastic? I have the classic and pro team thermal bibshorts in the same size (small) and they fit fine.

air with retina is the perfect laptop which is what apple would do next week I reckon
Macrumors think the Air is likely to be discontinued:
Apple's plans for the MacBook Air are unclear, given the similarities between the new Retina MacBook and the MacBook Air. It's possible Apple will phase out the MacBook Air line as technology improves and allows the price of the Retina MacBook to come down.
The fact that the 13-inch MacBook Air was upgraded with 8GB of base RAM in April of 2016 does not bode well for additional updates later in the year. The minor spec bump suggests Apple will not be introducing further MacBook Air changes, perhaps signaling the end of the MacBook Air lineup.
According to KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, Apple is replacing the MacBook Air with the Retina MacBook. Apple will keep the MacBook Air around as a low-cost Apple notebook option, but will not introduce further updates.

Thanks, that looks very neat.
Presumably we could make the edge of the wood flush with the edge of the glass for a more 'modernist' bathroom? Is the glass attached to the wood and / or sealed around the edges? Would it be suitable to do this in an area around a bathroom sink (to match the cistern cover) or would water get between the glass and wood?

I've done a few where it's tiled behind the pan with a wooden top and white glass (I.e. No green tint) painted on the back. That way you have a nice waterproof surface but you can lift it off, unscrew the wood and get access to the plumbing.
That sounds like a good solution. I don't suppose you have a photo of what the finished article looks like?

As above, shouldn't be a problem:

When are you looking for the work to start as my architect has a decent builder and is planning to do my conversion the next few months?
Probably not for at least a month as we need to get permission from building control. We have the drawings ready for the application but they need a figure for how much the structural, electrical and extra drainage for new shower etc is going to cost.

Anyone got a recommendation for a small contractor to carry out a complete flat refurbishment in North London. Bathroom, plumbing, stud walls, new opening in solid wall, re-wire, flooring, decorations etc? We have architect's and structural engineer's drawings and are looking to get a few quotes for the work. I would rather not go down the MyBuilder route if possible.

Depends what you mean by short term profit. I believe that you can't re-sell a property you buy from the Council for two years. The main problem with right-to-buy is that very few of the properties lost to the Councils are replaced.
