So today I had the meeting with the council to check out the Newmarket polo tourney site. I'm not sure on wether I can use the cages for a jumbo tourney yet, but there is definitely space for one court even if the cages are a no go.
So what weekend shall I go for once i've been given the go ahead? Sooner will be better as a building is due to be demolished and mean the site will be inaccessible.
Has anyone still got contacts for insurance etc? -

I will be off the forum for some time, don't worry we'll still meet on court but just not be on the forum, bike polo has given me too much for me to turn my back on it.
I am dismayed by how quickly things got out of hand, some of the comments are a bit OTT and shocking to say at least. I had an idea of how bad it was although I have not checked this post since Saturday, but not this bad. That and the fact that it got onto my FB and other threads on forum24 too and the C word post still stands.
I have posted hard hitting words, but I have always remained true to my words and genuine - what I post here is what I say in person, in the face of those who I mentioned. I wouldn't mind such words being uttered in my face, bring it, but not when someone's hiding behind a keyboard.
I'll see you when I see you. Till then, take care.
Stop acting like such a blanket beagle. I'll be really honest with you mate, when I first got into polo and I didn't know who you were court side, but I'd read your shit on here, I honestly thought you'd be a right penis. In truth, I think your sound when your not picking drunk fights (I secretly like that too), so your comment about how you act on here in comparison to court side, is bollocks. Granted, I don't know you as well as others, but you seem to open yourself up to attack for kinda petty issues.
