As above - PS3 320GB, fully functional, with Uncharted 3 (not registered online) and CoD Modern Warfare 2. One controller. Comes with box, power cable and HDMI lead. £120.
Also have 2 IKEA Display Cabinets - full of crap. Crap not included. Only one of the cabinets has the light fixture installed but you can order these online or pick them up instore. Looking for £30 for them both.

deadlifts / squats as already said as well as leg press and the always ALWAYS fun calf raises should do your lower body just fine. You can also add in some leg raises for thighs too.
If you're supplementing the gym with cycling though, keep the weight low and the reps up. Dont get sucked into macho'ing out at the gym or youll find all that extra power/weight is just bogging you down on the bike

Loving the look of that Bike Trail tommy - cheers for the headsup.
I'm ok with Santa Monica not being LA if im totally honest, if the job had been downtown I don't think I'd have taken it.
Saw a lot of designated free parking spaces and structures, like an NCP for bikes, around Santa Monica and Venice. Seems extremely bike friendly.
Might have to invest in a road bike to do more distance / climbing - a lot of the trails up and down PCH look incredible.
Anyone been to any shops in the area?
