I really cant see why this job is not straightforward if you have access to the right di2 wire lengths, and assuming the cable can be routed through the entirety of the handlebar between hoods. Might be some flimsy leftover stuff in there, but you can almost certainly guide it through the bar.

Sturdy, obvs, and I really enjoyed chatting to the Festka guys about their stress testing. Theyve got their test model up with 60+ strain gauges glued to the frame. Asked them to show you their video on it!
Oh and pretty cool additive manufacturing ("3D printed" titanium) stuff from Mythos.

Oh I know that! That's why I wanted to mention that the test was cycling. Haven't had a running lactate threshold test just yet. My triathlete friends tell me that transitioning from swim to bike can also spike it as your body adjust to suddenly being upright. I can also pinpoint on my HR graph the exact moment where my body was just like "nah, had enough" (below).
I'd say about 18k of holding this pace was on merit, the rest was just stubbornness.

As part of my training for a 70.3 next year, I wanted to bring my running up to scratch first. I've been working with the same coach for cycling for over 2 years now, and she's mainly a triathlete coach. Started Tri training 9 weeks ago with 3 run, 2 bike, and 1 swim per week, last 3 weeks phased out cycling to focus on running because I signed up for a half marathon for today.
Ran a 1:39:07 which I am incredibly happy with, and I can say with a 100% certainty that I haven't left a spare second on that course, I gave it everything. For reference, my anaerobic threshold on my last (cycling) test was at 187bpm... and that was my average for this run.
Now shifting focus to learn a good front crawl technique and not drown...

Couldnt you go around that by "introducing" the custom limited edition additive manufactured frameset from "Pinarello" for $100k a pop? An maybe that was the plan, but in the video they specifically said that the frame was designed only for this attempt?

Just your normal DIY shop epoxy in 5g packs. Wow. Gotta be honest, the outcome looks 1000x better than I would have imagined watching how he got there. Well, apart from the "Im gonna fall over" geo.

Is that also a Vittoria? If so, thats just an extender that goes UNDER the red Vittoria extender that has the valve core in it. Its a different, finer thread on the Vittorias, as you can see on your picture between the end of the red and the black extenders.
Neither the tub itself, or the black extender has a valve core in it. If you're thinking of returning it, what tub was it, and how much did you pay for it? might be interested.

Fair enough I guess if you know for a fact that it will be dry and there's no rocky hike a bike in the route. I much prefer road pedals to SPD too.
Just had a mental image of a race like unbound this year, trying to get on with road pedals...

Wasnt the story that he stayed at a hiker accommodation, told them when to expect him to return, and then got back way past that time?
The hiker was reported missing around 8pm on 18 October after failing
to return to where he was staying, Lake county search and rescue said....
The hiker told authorities he had lost his way around nightfall and
“bounced around on to different trails trying to locate the proper

lol. In any case, don't wrap them with the spiral stuff, the shrink wrap looks WAY nicer. When you come by to drop off the FD you can borrow my heat gun, and I've got spare shrink wrap too.
See below my road, and my TT bike. I am definitely using shrink wrap when Im going to redo the TT bike. The road bike has wrinkles because I just used a hairdryer on it, just got my heat gun yesterday :)
